To compare data by using the New Data Comparison Wizard
- On the SQL menu, point to Data Compare, and then click New Data Comparison.
- Identify the source and target databases.
- Select the check boxes for the tables and views that you want to compare.

Scripted all stored procedure into separate files. You can do that through the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio wizard. Did the same from the other database that I am compare against. Started KDiff3 which is free I believe. Gave it the two directories that it needs to troll through.
