How to Customize the Action Sheet on iPhone or iPad
- Open Photos app, tap on select and choose photos.
- Tap on the Share Icon.
- Scroll to the end and tap on Edit Actions.
- To rearrange favorite actions, touch and hold the three lines icon and move it up or down.
Most of the time, you’ll see the share button directly beneath the file you’re currently viewing, but sometimes, you’ll have to tap the three-dot menu button in the top-right corner of your screen to access the share feature.
How can I customize the share menu on my Mac?
You can customize the menu from the control-click options as follows: Control-click on any file in the Finder, select Share, and click More. You’ll see a list of items that you can add and remove from the Share menu. Tick the items that you want to keep in the menu; untick the items you want to remove.
Or, maybe you want to add more to the Notes menu. To do this, open the Share menu for the app in question and then click “More”. This will open the Extensions preferences. Click on “Share Menu” in the lefthand pane. Select unchecked items to add them to the Share menu, or deselect checked items to remove them.
Reordering the items in your regular share menu works just the same. The regular share menu is the lighter portion of the popup — the bottom half of the share menu. If you’d like to move an item to the first position in this section, just long-press it, then select “Pin” from the popup.
How to pin apps to the top of Share menu?
As it turns out, you can easily pin items to the top of your share menu to keep it a lot more organized. After setting things up, when you tap the share button, your favorite apps will be listed at the top of both the regular share menu and the new Direct Share menu. It only takes a few seconds, so I’ll show you how it works below.
