How do I edit a Survey123 form?
Open the Survey123 website. Sign in to your ArcGIS organizational account. Go to https://survey123.arcgis.com and click Sign In….Note:
- Browse to the survey’s Data page.
- Double-click the cell in the data table that you want to edit.
- Make your changes. Your changes are saved immediately.
How do I embed Survey123 on my dashboard?
Save the feature layer from ArcGIS Survey123 as a web map in ArcGIS Online. Sign in to ArcGIS Online, and click Content….On the Operations Dashboard page, add the Map element to the dashboard.
- Click the Add + icon and select Map.
- Select the web map created in Step 1, and specify the settings as required.
- Click Done.
Can Survey123 be used offline?
Survey123 takes basemaps offline and doesn’t use the other layers. If you need other data offline with you, you have two choices: Use ArcGIS Field Maps, which takes both basemap and other layers offline.
Can you edit survey data in ArcGIS Survey123?
Starting with Survey123 version 3.9, global IDs are used to designate a record to edit. The use of object IDs is deprecated. Make your changes. When you are finished editing, click the Submit button to send the data. Your survey record has been edited. Certain surveys are not supported by survey editing and cannot be edited in this way.
Why does ArcGIS Survey123 not connect to the network?
Some common network errors are listed in the following table: Excel may have a lock on your file. Ensure the survey is not open by another application or user. You are running a previous version of Survey123 Connect. Be sure to upgrade to the latest version.
Is there a way to edit survey responses?
Submitters with the necessary permissions can edit their own survey responses in the web app using URL parameters. If a submitter has viewer privileges, they can also edit their responses through the survey’s Data page on the Survey123 website. Minor edits can be made to survey responses in the data table on the survey’s Data page.
What is the mode query parameter in ArcGIS Survey123?
Note : In ArcGIS Survey123 version 3.9 onwards, the mode query parameter is changed by replacing the use of ObjectID with GlobalID as the means of setting the feature record to be updated or viewed. Refer to FAQ: What are the changes to Survey123 Web Form’s Query Parameters for more information.
