Copying the link and pasting it into another browser opens the document but the same link on the SP wiki page (have tried ‘open in new tab’ and ‘open in new window’ by right clicking and by setting the link to do so and nothing happens (no error message, nothing at all).

We have a list containing a field/column of type Hyperlink containing link to a shared folder/file system in SharePoint online. When we click on the link from SharePoint list it doesn’t work. Network folder does not open. It works when we directly copy paste the network path into explorer. Is there any solution to make these links work?
