How do I find my Google form history?
View or revert to earlier versions of Docs, Sheets, and Slides files
- In Drive, open your file.
- Click File Version history. See version history.
- Click a timestamp to see a previous version of the file. Below the timestamp, you’ll see:
- (Optional) To revert to this version, click Restore this version.

There are two ways to do this: from your email confirmation or on the form submission confirmation page. If you check the Send me a copy of my responses box on the form, you’ll receive an email confirmation showing your form responses.

How can I find out who created a Google form?

Can you send a copy of a Google form?
No, there isn’t. However, if you’ve filled out any forms that had the option to send you a copy enabled, you may be able to find some emails in your inbox about the form you filled out. Due to that, if you ever fill out a form and it has the option to send you a copy, always select that option so you can keep track.
Can an already submitted Google form response be edited?
As far as I know , I don’t think you can edit the submitted Google form. Instead you can submit a new one or another submit to the respective. Since the submitted form will have already been reached (submitted ) to tell receiving end ,no point in trying to get it edited unless you are the receiver.
