I solved it by doing the following steps:
- Boot into Manjaro.
- Go to “Manjaro Settings Manager”.
- Go to “Time and Date”.
- Turn on “Set time and date automatically”.
- Boot into Windows 10.
- Open “Time and date settings”.
- Turn off “Set time automatically” and “Set time zone automatically”.
