How do I keep certain friends from seeing my posts?
To limit the person’s access to what others post on your timeline, got to the Privacy Settings page and select Timeline and Tagging. There you can choose “Who can see what others post on your timeline.” You can also limit “Who can see posts you’ve been tagged in on your timeline.”
Can my friends see what I post on other pages?
When you like a friend’s post, people who are friends with both you & your friend see the post. However, if you’ve set your Privacy Settings to Public, then anyone can see it.

Your group posts will still be published on your Timeline, but they will only be seen by other members of that closed group. In other words, your Facebook friends who aren’t also members of that group (and members of the public at large) won’t be able to see the posts you make in a closed group.
