Right click on the space between the item or document name and date, and then click Version History from the menu. You might need to scroll the menu to see Version History. If you don’t see Version History, click the ellipsis (…) in the dialog and then click Version History. You’ll see a list of versions of the file.

Can a previous version of my SharePoint 2013 workflow?
Click Publish. Now your restored workflow is live and in use on the site. This solution applies to all versions of SharePoint 2010, 2007, and SharePoint Online with Office 365. This does NOT apply to SharePoint 2013 workflows, but DOES apply to SharePoint 2010 workflows created in SharePoint 2013.
Why are my workflows not showing up in SharePoint Designer?
None of my existing workflows are editable. No VPN. And it won’t let me upload the image until my account is verified, but suffice to say it looks exactly like the one you uploaded. I had the same issue, where the Text Based or Visio designer will not display the existing workflow.
Here’s how to revert to a previous version: In the left pane of SharePoint Designer, click the little pin icon next to All Files. Once All Files is expanded, scroll down and expand out your folder called Workflows.
The Workflow folder will be automatically generated once you have (or have tried to) publish a SharePoint 2010 workflow to this site. But still, this method does not apply to SharePoint 2013 workflow since this catalog does not store SharePoint 2013 workflows. Follow the below steps, seems this is doable :
