How do I reset my WeatherLink?
Rebooting the Weatherlink Live unit Rebooting is achieved by removing mains power and also one backup battery for a few seconds before repowering. In general, rebooting should not be necessary at all unless it is specifically requested that you do so by Davis support to fix a particular issue.

If you can receive data from the logger in the Weatherlink software on a PC running locally but uploads to weatherlink.com are failing then the chances are that this is a firewall problem and something that can only be resolved by discussions with your own network administrators.
