Click Show all responses under the survey information. Click the response that you want to edit, , and then click Edit Response. If necessary, click Next until you find the answers that you want to change and until you see the Finish button. When you are finished responding to the survey, click Finish.
Is there a way to restrict the results of a survey?
By selecting ‘Read responses that were created by the user’ in the Survey advanced settings we are able to restrict the results on ‘All responses’ view page but it is restricting the user from seeing graphical summary page and its not showing anything which is not what we are looking for.

Can a user see all responses on a survey?
Now the requirement is that the user who has responded to the survey should be able to see only their responses in the ‘ All responses ‘ view and should see the graphical summary for all other users’ responses.
In order to respond to a survey, we have to click on “Respond to this survey” link given into the list view of Survey list. Once you click on “Respond to this Survey”, it will open the following form which will allow a user to enter the response. Here, you can see that the user is allowed to choose the answers.
