DEEBOT is equipped with a Restore Map function. Set DEEBOT on the charging dock, then follow the prompts in the App to restore the map.
How do you make a DEEBOT map?
DEEBOT will generate a map when doing the very first cleaning task . If you move DEEBOT during this map generation process and then trigger cleaning, the robot will try to position itself. If the positioning fails, it will restart the cleaning.

Deebot can save at most 2 fixed maps plus 1 new temporary map. 3. Moving the Deebot to a room where the map has been saved for cleaning, it will trigger the relocation. After the relocation is successful, it will automatically switch to the corresponding map.

A factory reset of DEEBOT need to be performed. Switch ON the DEEBOT and long press the RESET button until you hear a beep or a piece of music. This can take 5-7 seconds. Erase the App from your smart phone, then re-open the ECOVACS App/ECOVACS Home App and try again.
