- Click the File tab.
- Click Save & Send, and then click Save to SharePoint.
- Find the SharePoint location to which you want to save, and click Save As.

Upload files from Explorer to your OneDrive or SharePoint sites library
- Open the OneDrive or SharePoint site library.
- Select Upload at the top of the Documents library.
- In the Add a document dialog box, select Browse to upload an individual file.
- When you’ve selected the file or files to upload, select OK.
In SharePoint in Microsoft 365 (while using Internet Explorer), select the View menu and then select View in File Explorer. In SharePoint Server 2019, SharePoint Server 2016, SharePoint Server 2013, or SharePoint Server 2010 (while using Internet Explorer), select the Library tab, and then select Open with Explorer.
How to open and save Adobe PDF files directly to SharePoint?
You may then be asked to login to Office 365. Follow the prompts to login. You should now see the SharePoint Online location appear under Storage in Adobe Reader Voila! There you have it. You can now open and save PDF directly to SharePoint without your web browser. Login to the Office 365 Portal by opening http://portal.office.com/
How do you share a folder in SharePoint?
Select the file or folder you want to share, and then select Share. (Optional) Select the dropdown list to change the type of link. The Details pane opens, where you can change who can access the link and whether people can edit the item you’re sharing. Options for Who would you like this link to work for (options vary based on admin settings):
Note: If you’re using the classic experience of SharePoint, Copy to isn’t available. Under Choose a destination, select the location where you want a copy of the files or folders. To create a new folder to copy the files to, select New folder.
In the Choose destination pane, to add a new folder to the document library, you can also click New folder, and move the item to the new folder. In the text box, enter the name of the new folder, select the checkmark, and then select Move here. Note: When selecting Move to, the history of the document is copied to the new destination.
