How do I save my MyChart results as PDF?
Click Download. Once the file downloads, you will be prompted to choose the directory or folder you wish to save to on your computer. Select your desired location and click Save. View the directory or folder you downloaded your file to and double-click the PDF listed within the folder.
How do I print my MyChart reports?
You may print your Health Summary, Medications, and Immunizations. Click on the section you wish to view. Click on the Printer Friendly Page link to print the report you are viewing.

The Patient will log in to their MyChart account • They can click on the Menu button and select Advance Care Planning under the My Record section. Click ADD A DOCUMENT located on at the bottom in the Planning Documents section. You will be taken to File Explorer your computer.
Can you link MyChart accounts?
Once you have a MyChart Central account, you can link to your MyChart accounts at other healthcare organizations.
