How do I send an email response to form?
Set up email notifications
- In Forms, open a form or quiz.
- In the panel above the form, click the Responses tab.
- Click More. Get email notifications for new responses.

- Open the form and click on the responses.
- On top are the summary of the results that you can view.
- It will show you an option to make a link of the summary so that the others can see the summary.
- You may send the link to your collaborators for them to view the results.

From a High level our Flow will look like:
- Add the “When a new response is Submitted” trigger action.
- Add the “Get response details” action.
- This is where the real Magic happens.
- Use the “Create file” SharePoint action to write the PDF document to the SharePoint document library.

How do you send an email in Microsoft Forms?
In Microsoft Forms, open the form or quiz for which you want to collect responses. Select Send. , select the Share button and proceed to the next step. In the Send pane under Send and collect responses, select the drop-down list and choose from whom you want to collect responses.
