How do I show my flagged items in Outlook?
To see all your flagged emails together, click the group control at the top of the message list, and group your email by Flag: Start Date or Flag: Due Date. Now your message list becomes a to-do list.
How do I stop flagged emails from disappearing in Outlook?
Please check the following:
- Sign in to your account.
- Click the wheel/cog icon found on the upper right of the page, then select More mail settings.
- Under Customizing Outlook, click Flagging.
- Tick Show flagged messages at the top of the inbox .
