How do I submit an approval process automatically?
In the Process Builder actions, select ‘Submit for Approval’ and select the approval process. The option ‘Skip the entry criteria for this process’ appears once you have selected your process: Save and Activate. Now with a certain record change, you can launch a specific approval process by skipping the entry criteria!
Can flow trigger approval process?
Now onwards, if a business user creates a campaign with a budget amount greater than $1M and makes it active, then Salesforce Flow will automatically trigger and submit the record for the approval process.

You can send approvals requests to persons outside your organization. To do this, use Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) guest users by inviting users from other tenants as guests. When you assign a role to a guest, this gives the guest the permission required to participate in the approval process.
How does the approval process work in power?
All approvers are given two options: Approve or Reject. An response is needed from each approver before the flow run completes. The actions that follow the Start and wait for an approval action run after all of the approvers respond, or when a single rejection is done.
How can I assign approvals to a user?
You can assign approvals to users in your current Dataverse environment or your Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) tenant, including guest users. When you assign an approval to users who are not in your environment, they are automatically added so that we can process their responses and persist them for approvals history.
How long does a delegated approver have to approve a request?
Delegated approvers have 24 hours to approve requests. If a request is not approved within 24 hours, then the eligible user must re-submit a new request. The 24 hour approval time window is not configurable. Follow the steps in this article to approve or deny requests for Azure resource roles.
