When referencing a publication by a corporate author in the body of your paper, you need to include both the name of the corporate body/organization (do not abbreviate) and the page number(s) you drew the information from.
How should an author’s name be written in a citation entry?
It’s important that you correctly cite the last name of the author(s) whose work you’re referencing. To correctly cite the author, always begin the citation with the author’s last name, a comma, and the rest of the name as it appears on the source. Place a period after the author’s name.
Formatting Author information: Always list the author’s surname before listing his or her initials. You only need to provide initials for the first and middle names, but do include initials for all middle names provided by the source. Include a comma after every last name and in-between different authors’ names.
What does Corporate author mean in citations?
Corporate authors are groups that serve as authors, such as corporations, associations and government agencies.
Corporate authors are entities like: City of Columbia, Ford Motor Company. To have EndNote to format a corporate author correcting, find the corporate author name in the Reference panel and put a comma after the name.
What is a corporate author and how do you list the source in works cited?

Use either the Edit & Manage Citation(s) function from the EndNote toolbar in Word, or right click, and select Edit Citation(s). Go to More to get the full options. Change the Format to Exclude Author. In the Prefix field, type the acronym followed by the punctuation required by the style.
