Personal profile mobile device view
- Open Facebook on your mobile device, navigate to the profile page, and tap the three dots.
- Scroll down to the Your Profile Link section and tap Copy Link.
- The link has been copied to your clipboard. Tap OK to exit the screen.
If no ‘Share’ button appears on a post – it is because of the Privacy Settings of the original post. If a post is set for ‘Friends Only’ (perhaps this is your Default Timeline setting) – it will not be available for ‘Sharing’ around on Facebook beyond that setting.
Can Facebook be a widget?
Facebook Page vs. Facebook profile Widgets can only be installed on a Facebook Page — this is a Facebook profile designed exclusively for business. You won’t be able to install your widgets on a personal Facebook profile.
Code Configurator. Paste the URL to the Code Configurator and adjust the layout of your share button. Click the Get Code button to generate your share button code.
So users click on the share button can share the page. But the facebook share developer page is asking for a specific url. Not sure how to share dynamically generated url. Here some code i found to capture the url.
How to share link with call on Facebook?
You can also include open graph meta tags on the page at this URL to customise the story that is shared back to Facebook. Note that response.error_message will appear only if someone using your app has authenticated your app with Facebook Login. Also you can directly share link with call by having Javascript Facebook SDK.
If set to true, the share button will open the share dialog in an iframe (instead of a popup) on top of your website on mobile. This option is only available for mobile, not desktop. For more information see Mobile Web Share Dialog.
