How do you measure VGS?
VGS(TH) is determined when ID reaches 250μA. Gate pin is shorted to Drain pin. To measure Gate-Source leakage current of a MOSFET, at first, short Drain pin and Source pin, and then, apply maximum allowable voltage on Gate-Source and monitor the leakage current of Gate- Source.

Vgs (off) is supposed to be a negative value but I made it all positive for uniform and easy to read graphs. The upper limit (6V) is far outside the range of my results, so only the lower limit is visible. The values are really scraping the lower limit which makes me think this could’ve been a “bad” or rejected batch the Chinese could still sell.
