How do you move objects in Altium?
Position the cursor over the object in the design that you want to move then click or press Enter. The object will attach to the cursor. Move the object to the required position then click or press Enter to effect placement. Continue moving further objects or right-click or press Esc to exit.

If an object in the selection is locked and you try to move it, you will be prompted with a confirmation dialog alerting you to this and asking if you want to continue. Selected objects can be ‘nudged’ by small amounts (according to the current snap grid value) by pressing the arrow keys while holding down the Ctrl key.

Why does Altium not drag and move traces?
I can’t drag/move traces or vias around once placed. It’s like alitum thinks there’s zero clearance available nearby to move too. (im using the free angle route placement mode, if this has anything to do with it. Cant use the usual 90/45 degree mode because this does not take grid angle into account)

It’s a rigid flex design. The issue is on the sections of the pcb that have an angled grid. I can’t drag/move traces or vias around once placed.
