How do you separate browsers?
Install Tab Scissors from the Chrome Web Store. A scissor icon will be added to the right of the URL address bar. Select the left most tab that you want to split off into another browser window. The tabs on the right will split off to a new window on the same side.

How many Internet browsers can you have?
You can have as many browsers as you like installed on your system, but only one of them can be the default. That doesn’t mean you can’t use the others, it just means you need to explicitly run those browsers in order to. For the record, I usually have three or four browsers on my machines.

If user is using different browsers then i don’t think it possible but for same browser if you are facing this problem then you may have missed checking user session/cookie whatever you use for logged in user on login page. e.g. on login.aspx page if i get my cookie/session null that means user has logged out.
Is it safe to allow multiple login at different times?
If your users are never going to connect more than one simultaneous session, disallowing it would reduce the risk of attack (as an attacker would not be able to conduct their attack while the user was logged in.) If, however, your users may expect to use multiple sessions, then you’ll have to have this functionality.
How to restrict multiple user login to web application?
Every request would check if current user session is active or not, if not then it would flag such message to user. The implementation of above scenario can be varied as per requirement. I would do this using saving user session in my database along with the IP address.
How can I log in to another account?
Go to File menu (if not visible, press Alt button from keyboard) and select New session and Internet explorer open up a new session window with separate cookies and temp files which you can use to login another account.
