One of the many misconceptions around Agile has to do with managing changing requirements. After all, one of the key principles of the Agile Manifesto is: “Welcome changing requirements, even late in development. Agile processes harness change for the customer’s competitive advantage.”
Is it possible to use Agile methodologies when the customer is not on site if so how?
Even if a pure Agile approach to the project as a whole is not possible, you can still use it internally. Software projects have many factors in their success, and development methodology, while important, is only one of those factors. The development methodology used guarantees neither success nor failure.
