How does the TapeStation work?
The 2200 TapeStation system is a novel method for determining the concentration, integrity, and molecular weight size of FFPE genomic DNA in one step using only 1 μL of starting material. The system analyzes genomic DNA in the concentration range of 10 ng/μL–100 ng/μL and has a sensitivity of 0.5 ng/μL.
