How to calculate the position of an object?
Through some image processing I do have the coordinates of the object on the picture but now have to calculate the actual position of the object on the surface. So I do know that the center of the object is at the pixel-coordinates (x/y) on the picture and I know the coordinates of the 4 reference points that represent the corners of the area.
How to measure the distance between objects in an image?
Figure 1: We’ll identify our reference object based on location, hence we’ll always ensure our quarter is the left-most object in the image. Our goal in this image is to (1) find the quarter and then (2) use the dimensions of the quarter to measure the distance between the quarter and all other objects.
How to animate arbitrary objects via deep motion transfer?
This repository contains the source code for the CVPR oral paper Animating Arbitrary Objects via Deep Motion Transfer by Aliaksandr Siarohin, Stéphane Lathuilière, Sergey Tulyakov, Elisa Ricci and Nicu Sebe. We call the proposed deep framework Monkey-Net, as it enables motion transfer by considering MOviNg KEYpoints.
How does OpenCV measure distance between objects in image?
Once our image has been blurred, we apply the Canny edge detector to detect edges in the image — a dilation + erosion is then performed to close any gaps in the edge map ( Lines 28-30 ). detects the outlines of the objects in the edge map ( Lines 33-35) while Line 39 sorts our contours from left-to-right.
Calculate a position between the points specified by current and target, moving no farther than the distance specified by maxDistanceDelta. Use the MoveTowards member to move an object at the current position toward the target position.
What’s the quickest way to move an object?
setting transform.position The quickest way to move a object to a specific position is to set the transform.position field. This will change the position of the game object that the component is attached to. Another way of moving the object, opposed to setting it’s position is to call transform.Translate (direction).
When do we say the object is in motion?
An object is moving if its position relative to a fixed point is changing. Even things that appear to be at rest move. When we describe the motion of one object with respect to another, we say that the object is moving relative to the other object.
How can you describe the relative motion of a ship?
Only by looking at each other can a person in the ship or a person on shore describe the motion of one relative to the other. In addition, their descriptions of motion would be identical. A person inside the ship would describe the person on the land as moving past the ship.
