How to configure Folder access for different user groups?
In the Folder 1 security tab, click Add… button and type management, click Check Names button in order to search for security group, once validated click OK and select the desired permissions to be assigned to this group. In the security tab you should see group Management with full access in Folder 1 folder.
How to add multiple users to a security group?
If the users you want to add to the security group are not created, create the users and assign to them the Dataverse licenses. To add multiple users, see: bulk add users to Office365 groups. In the Microsoft 365 admin center, select Users > Active users > + Add a user. Enter the user information, select licenses, and then select Add.
