How to control two motors with Arduino?
Arduino Motor Control Setup
- Connect 5V and ground of the IC to 5V and ground of Arduino.
- Connect the motor to pins 2 and 3 of the IC.
- Connect IN1 of the IC to pin 8 of Arduino.
- Connect IN2 of the IC to pin 9 of Arduino.
- Connect EN1 of IC to pin 2 of Arduino.
- Connect SENS A pin of IC to the ground.
How do I connect two DC motors to Arduino?
Start by unplugging the Arduino from your computer so that it is not in operation.
- Connect the first motor to motor controller module Out1 and Out2.
- Connect the first motor to motor controller module Out3 and Out4.
- Connect the positive wire from the battery pack to pin +12V on the module.
What is an H-bridge circuit?
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. An H-bridge is an electronic circuit that switches the polarity of a voltage applied to a load. These circuits are often used in robotics and other applications to allow DC motors to run forwards or backwards.
How do you control the speed of a 12V DC motor?
Thus, the speed of a DC motor can be controlled in three ways:
- By varying the supply voltage.
- By varying the flux, and by varying the current through the field winding.
- By varying the armature voltage, and by varying the armature resistance.
How to control the rotation of a DC motor?
When some threholds (in term of holes number) are specified, the main code receives interrupts each time a threshold is reached. 10 commands to start and stop the motor, increase and decrease the speed and turns number requirement, change the sens rotation (clock, counterclock) and for braking or not at the end of the rotation
Can you run DC motor on Arduino Uno?
My goal is to merge this two codes together and still be able to run both the DC motor and one (or all) the stepper motors all together simultaneously. The first code is running on Arduino UNO and the other code runs on Arduino MEGA board and has been tested to work.
How are LEDs used in a DC motor?
Before starting motor the LEDs are powered on. The emitter current go thru a resistor to protect it. The value of the resistor needs to be adjust depending on the LED characteritics and the distance between emitter and receiver.
