How to create Survey123 from existing feature service?
In Survey123 Connect, choose New survey, sign in to your ArcGIS organization, and select the Feature service category. Browse to and select a feature layer and click Create survey. An XLSForm is generated from your feature layer. You can then publish this survey immediately or further customize it.
How do I embed Survey123?
On the Collaborate tab of the Survey123 website, click the Embed in website link under the Share this survey section to open a tab that provides HTML to embed your survey in a web page. In the Embed options section, you can hide cosmetic survey elements when embedded.
How to edit survey data in ArcGIS Survey123?
For information on how to do this, see Prepare for editing existing survey data. On the Survey page, press Inbox to access the list view of records in the feature layer. This is only available if it has been enabled in Survey123 Connect. Select the Refresh button to download and display the available records.
How to enable edit box in Survey123 connect?
To enable editing in a survey, you must first enable the inbox. To do this, go to Settings > Inbox for the survey in Survey123 Connect. Choose Enabled from the drop-down list. A query expression edit box appears with a check box (enabled by default) that enables you to apply a spatial filter.
How to edit survey results in web app?
To edit in the web app using URL parameters, a user must be a submitter or the survey owner and be able to add and update records. For more information, see Share survey results.
Can a submitter edit the data on a survey?
If a submitter has viewer privileges, they can also edit their responses through the survey’s Data page on the Survey123 website. Minor edits can be made to survey responses in the data table on the survey’s Data page. Changes made in the data table are saved immediately and cannot be undone.
