How to customize the Lightning highlights panel?
Click on Compact Layouts from the list on the left and select the page layout you are using (if applicable). Click the Edit button. Add/Remove fields from the Selected Fields list using the arrows. Click the Save button when finished. Return to the page and verify the changes are correct.
To include all related lists for a record, use the Related Lists component. You can configure this component to display a related list for the record associated with your page, or you can display information for the parent record. Using a parent record is optional.
