How to fix ArcGIS Desktop error running Arc Hydro tools function?
Run the function from the toolbox instead of dropdown menus, shorten paths, restart ArcMap, reinstall AHT, open new map documents, restart my computer, wait till next day and see if it automagically have fixed itself… After searching this forum I found a possible duplicate, although it’s got no answers.
Why is ArcMap unable to read data types?
ArcMap is unable to read data types not supported by 64-bit background processing, while tools incapable of running in the background cannot leverage 64-bit processing. By default, ArcMap and ArcCatalog communicate through a 32-bit client library. Confirm that the data exists and has been specified correctly.
Why is sink evaluation not running in ArcGIS?
Sink evaluation uses a series of functions in Arcmap, of which one is Zonal statistics as table. That’s the one it gets stuck on. The input raster somehow does not exist, path unknown. I guess this is some intermediary raster. After consulting the Arc Hydro team, I got the advice not to use grids stored in a gdb (which I didn’t).

Where to find Arc Hydro tools in Python?
Open toolbox => Arc Hydro Tools Python => Terrain Preprocessing => Catchment Polygon Processing (or whatever raster to polygon you are choosing). I also face that problem. I did not do anything mentioned above. I just uninstal the ArcHydro tool box.
How to add dem reconditioning in Arc Hydro?
I’ve added the DEM Reconditioning and Fill Sinks tools by dragging and dropping that command from the Arc Hydro Toolbox.tbx\\Terrain Preprocessing tools and then editing the input “ovals” to reference the correct DEM and stream data.
Where can I find the Arc Hydro model?
The bulk of the Model can be found in the Arc Hydro Toolbox.tbx under Terrain Preprocessing Workflows/Basic Dendritic Terrain Processing.
