What happens when I export bones from Blender?
When I export bones from Blender via the fbx exporter the bones got wrong local rotation relative to their amature within unity. I searched very long for a fix but nothing works. Does anybody has a solution for this, so that the mesh, its amature and its bones get the same orientation in local coordiantion-system? trappist-1 likes this.

Select the object with the problem animation: Hit space and type ‘remove anim’, then select the ‘Remove Animation’ option and apply: The animation should be gone from your object (note the location / rotation / scale are no longer highlighted in yellow) and you can now export to .fbx without the scale bug:

Are there too many bones in Unreal Engine 4?
Your Skeletal Mesh has too many bones, Unreal Engine 4’s current max bone count is 65536. Skeletal Mesh does not have any UVSets. Creating a default set. New mesh is missing bones that are required by the LOD (s).
