How to get x y coordinates and cell value of each pixel?

How to get x y coordinates and cell value of each pixel?

Yes this would work for one raster but I need to collect the cell values for several other rasters as well. The problem is, after getting the X and Y coordinate of the first pixel of the first raster, I need to get the cell value of the second raster corresponding to that X, Y location of the first raster, then third raster and so on.

How to find pixel location in raster using coordinates?

I need to find the pixel location corresponding to a given lat/lon pair in the raster, and then clip an NxN rectangle with the pixel located in the middle of it and save the clip on disk. I haven’t for the life of me figured out yet how I could find the pixel location using coordinates, and I’ve been on it a few days now.

How to find the pixel coordinates of a.geotiff image?

I have (lat, long) coordinate describing the position of a point in a .geotiff image. I wish to find the equivalent pixel coordinates of the lat, long ones inside the image. I succeded using gdaltransform from the command line with the following instruction : But i would like to retrieve such type of equivalence from python code.

How to convert a coordinate to an index in Python?

Use these pieces of information to convert the coordinate to an index of the raster grid (i.e. the row and column of the desired pixel), and sample this pixel.

How to extract x y coordinates from image?

Let’s say I have a color image that I’ve loaded into a numpy array of dimensions (200 x 300 x 3). In total, there are 60,000 pixels in the image. I’m trying to extract the width, height (x,y) coordinates of each pixel starting from the upper left top corner representing pixel 1 such that:

How to get x y coordinates and cell value in ArcGIS?

You’ll end up with a shapefile where each row in the attribute table represents a pixel from your raster with columns for X_Coord, Y_Coord and Cell_Value. You can then loop over this table using a cursor (or export it to something like Excel if you prefer).
