Where can I download the latest version of tlmgr?
You have to download update-tlmgr-latest.sh from the tlpretest repository and run it. Afterwards you will be able to work with tlmgr as usual (announced by Norbert a few hours ago). I’ve downloaded it from https://www.tug.org/texlive/tlmgr.html, but it returned another error: Verifying archive integrity… All good.
