How to reload and reattach modified xref layers?
Reload or reattach the xref. Type XREF. Select reference > Right-click > Change Path Type. Alternatively, detach and reattach the xref with a different path type. Clean and repair the corrupted file (see How to repair corrupt AutoCAD files ).
