When do I change the modified request column?
The Modified Request column is a Yes/No type column and the default value of it is No, when you edit your request and resubmit again, you should change the value of it into Yes. Why does approval flow not update the metadata?
Doc set support is still a work in process for Flow. The Approvals action does not update the metadata in the SharePoint list. You need to do that manually. The column you are seeing is because the library has ‘require approval” turned on in the library settings.
