My scenario is I have to override a button that called LWC. Due to limitation that not able to retrieve parent id in Aura, I have to embed AURA in Visualforce including LWC. The LWC is done nothing except act as dispatcher to call the apex controller and redirect based on the result.
Now, in the lwcNavigation component created in LWC, we need to have an api variable menuItems. Also, we need an event that triggers back to the Aura Component – Navigation.cmp to trigger the navigation, since navigate method is still available only for aura. navigateToMenu is the method that can be called from the menu item iterator in the LWC.
