Is BLTouch worth it ender 3?
First of all, BLtouch is not necessary as long as you use a flatbed. A bed leveling sensor can eliminate warped beds’ negative effects and save your time. So if you have any problems with the leveling, BLtouch is absolutely worth it, especially if your bed is not conducive.
Does TH3D support BLTouch?

Secure wires String your extension cable to the fan’s wiring harness, which extends out of the fan and along the back of your Ender 3 V2. Continue to string the extension cable, following the main wire harness path around the back of the unit to the motherboard. Secure with zip ties at key locations to keep the wire secure.
