Hi, I’ve just purchased a Dell Inspirion 15, all is good except the Ctrl key is “swapped” with the Fn key. For example pressing Fn + F7 doesn’t mute, but pressing Ctrl + F7 does. Is that actually a hardware issue or there’s a way to reset that ?
