Is it normal for tube amps to buzz?
Tubes will make a myriad of strange and seemingly inexplicable sounds. The one thing they won’t do is hum. It can, however, seem that way if one or more power tubes go out. More often than not, when your amp is making a humming sound, it’s caused by dirty power, a bad ground connection, or fluorescent lighting.
What causes buzzing from speakers?
Though some noise is inherent in the audio signal (tape hiss, amp gain, etc.), speaker hum and hiss generally come from poor wiring, ground loops or other electromagnetic interferences (AC line hum; RF interference, and USB and PC noise). To rid of the noise, we must rid of the interference.
Why is my TV making a loud buzzing noise?
The main culprits are your subwoofer and cable or the satellite box feed at the entrance to your system. Unplug the coaxial cable connected to your subwoofer and determine if the buzz vanishes. If it does, the ground loop is probably coming in through your cable/satellite feed.

If your gain, distortion or volume is turned up more than normal, it might be causing the buzz. Turn the levels down and see if the buzz subsides. If it does not, the the levels are not causing the issue. Also check to make sure your distortion effects are not enabled.
Can a broken AC adapter cause a buzzing sound?
If one is torn, cracked, dented or out of place, it can cause a buzz. Take the amp to a musical equipment repair shop to assess the damage. If the damage is minimal, it can likely be fixed. However, if there is a large rip in the speaker, it may need to be replaced before it works properly again.
