Is it possible to make custom SharePoint forms on-premise?
Is it possible to make custom forms on an on-premise Sharepoint list as is described here: Or is there another way ? Also, for my users to use the custom forms made in PowerApps, do they need to have a PowerApps license aswell or do I create the custom form and then everyone who has access to my Sharepoint installation can use the new forms ?
