Is Microsoft InfoPath still supported?
Microsoft stopped development of InfoPath Forms Services in 2013. Microsoft’s support for InfoPath 2013 matches the support lifecycle of SharePoint 2016: mainstream support to July 2021 and extended support to July 2026. This applies to InfoPath in both SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint 2019.

Microsoft officially announced Infopath’s deprecation as far back as in 2014, and has not released any new version beyond Infopath 2013. In fact, till recently Microsoft was presenting a word of caution to users trying to activate Infopath.
What did PowerApps replace?
In the case of Power Apps replacing InfoPath, the answer is a resounding yes. While InfoPath will still be supported until April of 2023 for legacy systems, there is no guarantee that it will be supported in Microsoft 365 until that time.

What’s the life expectancy of Microsoft InfoPath?
Infopath will be supported until 2023 so existing solutions and even new ones should have a decent lifespan. Right now the migration path is unknown. Is there a replacement for InfoPath in Fosl?
So clearly FoSl is not quite ready to be a full-fledged replacement for InfoPath. It is a no-code solution that allows what many users do currently with InfoPath. But more complex forms, particularly those working with external data or web services will be out of luck until some unknown point in the future.
