I am using MPlus. It is easy to use, pretty fast and you can model a lot 🙂 I use MPlus, as it is very easy to use, has great support and comes with so many options and strengths.

Do you have Amos, Stata, or MPlus?
I have AMOS and Stata, and I have a colleague who has Mplus (and I’d rather not ask the colleague to run my data for me). I recently discovered that Stata has SEM capabilities.

Stata is a general–do everything–statistical package that includes sem at no charge beyond the cost of the software.Stata’s graphic interface for drawing sem models is outstanding. If you own Stata then there is no reason for buying Mplus unless you need some aspect of Mplus that is not in Stata’s sem or gsem commands.

For PLS-SEM I believe SmartPLS is the most used software, but you can also use Stata. I don’t have experience with MPlus but the path diagrams of this software look awesome

It also has some capabilities Stata does not because users with more technical expertise can program new functions with R to use it for different types of data and projects.
