Is there a full screen plugin for TinyMCE?
This plugin adds full screen editing capabilities to TinyMCE. When the toolbar button is pressed the editable area will fill the browser’s viewport. The plugin adds a toolbar button and a menu item Fullscreen under the View menu. Full screen mode can be toggled using the following keyboard shortcuts:

What’s the difference between TinyMCE and WP dashboard?
The new TinyMCE looks a look cleaner (really matches the WP dashboard) and it has some really nice added functionality. A lot of my old themes and plugins had to be updated to work with the new TinyMCE so I spent some time digging through the API and figuring some cool stuff out.
Simply change where it says ‘mce_buttons_2’ if you want it in a different row (ex: use ‘mce_buttons_3’ for the 3rd row). By default the font sizes are set to pt values which isn’t always ideal.
If you are not comfortable doing all this stuff, you might want to use the Custom TinyMCE Shortcode Button plugin. This allows you to add a custom button to TinyMCE which will insert a custom shortcode into the editor. Feel free to tweak and use the codes on your project.
