I know you can assign Ctrl + N (N= desktop number) to jump directly to a space, but there is no shortcut to SWITCH between spaces. I have a mouse with two thumb buttons, and in SL you were able to assign the ‘switch between spaces’ keyboard shortcut to a thumb button, and this would effectively toggle you between your desktops with 1 click.
