Should Scrum Master rotate?
Rotating the Scrum Master often (like every Sprint) could be a good idea if Scrum has few secrets for the team. But this requires true dedication to be effective. But it doesn’t work for teams that are struggling with Scrum. That will allow a team to grow over time.
