Why are my VIP notifications not working on my iPhone?
The issue is the VIP alerts only work if you have that mail folder open on your phone and the emails are being retrieved at that time. If your mail application is closed or your phone lock their are no alerts. This change occurred sometime in June 2017. Please feel free to test
