What do you do when a developer incorrectly coded your requirement?
The best way to do it is by asking questions and showing your colleague the respect you would want if the situation were reversed. By asking questions instead of immediately criticising their bad code, you prompt them to self-evaluate their coding practices.
What do you do when requirements are not clear?
- Go for Agile. Whether it’s having unclear requirements, or lack of customer involvement in requirements development, it looks like agile practice can go a long way in mitigating risks.

What do developers do for fun?
There is no single recipe or blueprint on how to be happy, or what to do outside of your job or programming. For instance, I like video games, watching sports, cooking, music and reading. You might like photography, art and music.
Why is Java so annoying?

In Java, you have to divide things aggressively for code to remain readable and maintainable. Otherwise it’s way to easy to lose the big picture.
Do people hate software developers?
Normal people hate software developers. Really Really hate them. If curses worked, most software developer would be burnt to a crisp. The developers however are blissfully unaware of this hate.
Are developers nerds?
This is because most people see programmers as nerds. So, while they do appreciate that you are intellectual, it also means that you get lumped in with adjectives such as socially awkward, boring, obsessive, unstylish, and maybe even weird. In short, the smarter you are, the better a programmer you will be.
Why are developers so bad?
At the core of what makes a developer bad is the lack of the desire to become a better programmer. You know what you’re doing (though many bad developers would think they know what they’re doing) You’re sure that the code you’re copying & pasting will work. It’s only for testing/trialing.
How can you tell a bad developer?
Bad developers don’t take ownership of their code; they don’t actively seek to grow their abilities, they’re not curious about new horizons, and they’re unwilling to recognize and learn from their mistakes.
