What does partial fulfillment status mean?
Partially Fulfilled. We always try our best to make sure you get everything you ordered but there may be some instances where you’ll see that your order may be partially fulfilled. This generally means that not all of your items were available to ship because one or more of the items are no longer in our inventory.
How do I partially fulfill a Shopify Order?
Partially Fulfilling an Order From your Shopify admin, go to Orders. Click the number of an unfulfilled order. To buy a shipping label for your order, select Create shipping label. From the Fulfillment page, change the number of products that you want to fulfill for each line item in the Items section.
What does partial shipment mean in shipping?

If your order is marked as “Fulfilled” it means that your order is in the final stages of production and is ready to be shipped.
