What happens when I open a new version of unity?
Before, whenever I opened a project with a new version of Unity, projectversion.txt was immediately updated. Now, when I open a project in a new version, that doesn’t happen before I make some change and save the project.

How to upgrade a project in Unity hub-game development?
Select another version from the list or install the missing one. How can I upgrade this project like we did in older versions? The entry in the Unity Version column is a drop-down menu.
