What is a trace network?
A trace network is the main component users work with to visualize, manage, and analyze simple connectivity models such as rail and hydro in ArcGIS Pro. Feature classes in a feature dataset provide the source junctions and edges used to create a trace network.
How do I trace a network in Windows?
To run traceroute on Windows:
- Open the command prompt. Go to Start > Run.
- In the command prompt, type: tracert hostname.
- You may have to wait up to a minute or more for the test to complete.
- Send us the complete results (every line) for analysis.
