Brick & Pieces is an extension of LEGO Customer Services and was set up to assist in providing replacement parts for sets. It was extended to allow LEGO fans to also purchase almost every single element from almost every recent LEGO sets.

Does LEGO Pick-A-Brick have every brick?

Pick A Brick offers you a lower price and you can order up to 999 pieces per brick. Your order will also qualify for LEGO® Shop promotions and can be tracked. In our Bricks & Pieces assortment you’ll find a wider selection of parts, including more unusual ones like DUPLO® pieces.

What does Pick-A-Brick mean?

As Pick-A-Brick is meant for bulk orders, it has a good selection of basic pieces that people ask for most often, and you can order up to 999 pieces per element. Bricks & Pieces is mostly meant for replacing broken and lost elements, but they also allow purchases.

Do you earn VIP points on bricks and pieces?

As Bricks & Pieces is part of Customer Service, you won’t earn VIP points on these orders.

How does pick a brick work?

You can select which bricks you want from the “menu” of bricks, which are all uniquely labelled. You then choose whether you want a quarter, half, or full scoop of that particular brick. Then you fill up your cup with all of those scoops of bricks! Small cups of bricks sell for $8.99, and large cups sell for $15.99.

How many bricks can you buy from pick a brick?

Make large purchases from the “Pick a brick” store to bring the shipping cost per brick down to a reasonable level (or make “Pick a brick” orders in conjunction with other Lego Shop purchases). You can at most select 100 unique elements from “Bricks and pieces”.

Can you get VIP points on pick a brick?

Can you get Lego parts at bricks and pieces?

At Bricks-and-Pieces you can get free replacement parts for elements that were missing from your set when you got them. However since some people started to use this service to also get extra special elements that are not available at Pick-A-Brick, LEGO got proactive, and updated their Bricks-and-Pieces website to offer more options.
